Our Mission & Vision

The mission of Good Shepherd Christian Church is to build a church fellowship where every individual is not only invited but truly belongs. In our denomination this is known as “Open and Affirming”. At Good Shepherd Christian Church, we believe that “All Are Worthy and All Are Welcome.” We aspire to provide a safe, loving space for everyone, where we live out God's WELCOME:

We affirm that Jesus Christ is the Son of the living God. As children of God, we believe that God’s grace and love are offered to all without exception. We strive to mirror that boundless grace by ensuring our doors, our hearts, and our leadership are open to every person exactly as they are. We affirm the wide-range of human differences including race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, culture, citizen status, age, ability, neurodiversity, education, life experience, marital status, socioeconomics, and political perspectives.
